Scope

This specification stipulates the design rules for nuclear island mechanical equipment of PWR nuclear power plants, and is applicable to the mechanical design of nuclear island of PWR nuclear power plants. This specification includes nine chapters: Part A is the general introduction, and Part A specifies the general rules for using this standard; Part B is for Class 1 equipment; Part C is for Class 2 equipment; Part D is for Class 3 equipment; Part E is for small equipment; Chapter H is about reactor internals; Chapter H is about equipment supports; Chapter J is about low-pressure or permanent urban storage tanks; Chapter Z is technical appendices. The layout of the first eight chapters is the same, including five chapters. Firstly, the scope of application of this article is stipulated; secondly, the products and parts used for equipment manufacturing; thirdly, equipment design rules; fourthly, manufacturing and inspection rules; Identification test. Parts B, C and D are respectively used for various containers (various containers, various heat exchangers), pumps, valves and pipelines in Class 1, 2 and 3 equipment; Part E is suitable for small equipment or components; Part G It is applicable to internal components of the reactor; Part H is applicable to various grades of supporting parts of equipment; Part J is applicable to various storage tanks of low pressure or normal pressure. Appendix Z of this specification brings together some technical appendices, including standard appendices and reminder appendices. Standard appendices are numbered in Roman numerals, which is a mandatory requirement; except for Appendix ZI, which is numbered in Roman characters, the other appendices are numbered in alphabetical order in capital letters, which is a non-mandatory requirement; in each chapter, it will be mentioned that appendix. The purpose of specifying mandatory appendices is to make the description of each technical regulation more clear and concise; the purpose of specifying non-mandatory appendices is to introduce some recognized methods and rules applicable to the general provisions of each chapter, so as to meet the requirements of various technical regulations. general provisions. Units engaged in design activities may use other methods or practices than the non-mandatory appendix, but it must be demonstrated in advance that the specification can be achieved.
