Analysis of key technology evolution

This standard introduces Laser tracker's double-sided test method detects positioning error (LDia.2×1:P&R:LT) by rotating the horizontal angle 180°, and its sensitivity is 3 times higher than that of traditional methods.

New combined sensor (SRC/ODR) test specifications are added, requiring the positioning error of multiple detection systems to be ≤LDia.n×25::MPS.LT,MPE.


Implementation recommendations

  1. Acceptance testing should include at least 15m of synthetic detection length testing (Appendix C)
  2. Re-testing frequency is recommended to be performed every 500 working hours or after a major vibration event
  3. Dual-sided testing is preferred for periodic verification (Appendix E.5.1)
