This specification systematically constructs the technical system for the recycling and treatment of waste lead-acid batteries for the first time, clarifies the requirements for 23 key equipment such as automatic crushing and sorting equipment, and stipulates 12 hard indicators such as the comprehensive lead recovery rate of ≥98%.
