《GB/T 1702-1997力车轮胎》由TC19（全国轮胎轮辋标准化技术委员会）归口，TC19SC3（全国轮胎轮辋标准化技术委员会摩托车和自行车轮胎轮辋分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了力车轮胎的产品要求、抽样和检验规则、试验方法、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于GB/T 7377所规定的充气轮胎。
本标准不适用于管式赛车轮胎和非充气轮胎。
Scope
This standard specifies the product requirements, sampling and inspection rules, test methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rickshaw tires. This standard applies to pneumatic tires specified in GB/T7377. This standard does not apply to tubular racing tires and non-pneumatic tires.
