《GB/T 1703-1997力车内胎》由TC19（全国轮胎轮辋标准化技术委员会）归口，TC19SC3（全国轮胎轮辋标准化技术委员会摩托车和自行车轮胎轮辋分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了力车内胎的种类、规格、使用材料、要求、抽样和检验规则、试验方法、标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于装配力车轮胎的模型硫化内胎。本标准不适用于非模型硫化内胎和管式赛车轮胎用的内胎。

Scope

This standard specifies the types, specifications, materials, requirements, sampling and inspection rules, test methods, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of rickshaw inner tubes. This standard applies to model vulcanized inner tubes assembled with rickshaw tires. This standard does not apply to non-model vulcanized inner tubes and inner tubes for tubular racing tires.
