本标准规定了采用热流计法和表面温度法现场测定设备及管道绝热层表面热损失的术语和定义、测定仪表、传感器的安装、测定段的选取、现场测定条件、热流计法测定步骤、表面温度法测定步骤和结果计算、数据处理和热流密度以确定绝热层表面热(冷)损失的方法及要求,包括测定仪表、测点选取、操作及数据处理等。
本标准适用于现场评价正常工况下的设备及管道绝热层的绝热性能。


Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions for on-site measurement of equipment and management of thermal insulation layer surface heat loss by heat flow meter method and surface temperature method, measurement instruments, installation of sensors, selection of measurement sections, on-site measurement conditions, measurement steps of heat flow meter method, surface The measurement steps and result calculation of the temperature method, data processing and heat flux density, and the method and requirements for determining the heat (cold) loss on the surface of the insulation layer, including measuring instruments, selection of measuring points, operation and data processing, etc. This standard is applicable to on-site evaluation of the thermal insulation performance of equipment and pipeline thermal insulation layers under normal working conditions.
