B/T1747《色漆和清漆 颜料含量的测定》分为三个部分,本部分为GB/T1747的第2部分,本部分等同采用国际标准ISO14680-2:2000《色漆和清漆―――颜料含量的测定―――第2部分:灰化法》(英文版)。本部分代替GB/T1747―1979《涂料灰分测定法》。本标准是有关色漆、清漆及相关产品的取样和试验的系列标准之一。本标准规定了使受试产品灰化来测定涂料中所含颜料含量的方法。
Scope
This part of GB/T 1747 is one of a series of standards on sampling and testing of paints, varnishes and related products. This standard specifies the method of ashing the test product to determine the pigment content contained in the paint. This method is not applicable to paints containing aluminum, organic pigments and/or dyes, or inorganic pigments treated with organic compounds, these components (which can account for about 10% of the pigment) will change during the ashing process. Since many pigments and extenders will change their state under the specified test conditions, whether the actual pigment content of the product tested can be deduced from the apparent pigment content obtained by this method will depend on the composition of the pigment and the selected graying. temperature. This method is generally not suitable for paints and varnishes that cure by UV light or that contain reactive thinners and require special heating conditions. Pigment content of paints can also be determined by centrifugation or filtration.
