《GB/T 17496-1998港口门座起重机修理技术规范》由348（交通运输部）归口，TC530（全国港口标准化技术委员会）执行，主管部门为交通运输部。
本标准规定了港口门座起重机的修理及其验收要求。本标准适用于港口件杂货、散粒物料、集装箱、成套设备等装卸作业用的起重机。安装、电站用的同类起重机亦可参照使用。
Scope
This standard specifies the repair and acceptance requirements of port portal cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes). This standard is applicable to cranes used for loading and unloading operations such as general cargo, bulk materials, containers, and complete sets of equipment in ports. The same type of cranes used in installation and power stations can also be used as a reference.
