《GB/T 24809.1-2009起重机 对机构的要求 第1部分：总则》由TC227（全国起重机械标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
GB/T24809的本部分规定了GB/T6974.1、GB/T6974.3和ISO4306-2中定义的起重机与起重设备的机构和有关零部件普遍适用的要求。
这些要求包括:
a) 机构总体布置与设计;
b) 零部件选用和/或其设计要求;
c) 有关制造、架设、安装和试验的规定。
GB/T24809的本部分不包括涉及各种极限状态(如屈服强度、疲劳、磨损等)的能力验算规则。

Scope

This Part of GB/T 24809 specifies the generally applicable requirements for mechanisms and related parts of cranes and lifting appliances defined in GB/T 6974.1, GB/T 6974.3 and ISO 4306-2. These requirements include: the general layout and design of the mechanism; the selection of components and/or their design requirements; the regulations related to manufacturing, erection, installation and testing. This part of GB/T 24809 does not include the rules for checking calculation of capacity involving various limit states (such as yield strength, fatigue, wear, etc.).
