Scope
This standard applies to information technology equipment (ITE) defined in GB 9254-2008. The purpose of this standard is to put forward suitable requirements for ITE inherent immunity, so that the equipment can work normally in its intended environment. This standard specifies the immunity test requirements for equipment to continuous and transient conducted and radiated disturbances, including electrostatic discharge (ESD). This standard specifies the measurement methods and limits of ITE in the frequency range of 0 Hz to 400 GHz. For special environmental conditions, mitigation measures may be required. For testing and performance evaluation considerations, some tests are carried out in specified frequency bands or frequency selections. Equipment that meets the immunity requirements at these frequency points is considered to also meet the requirements in the entire frequency range from 0 Hz to 400 GHz. Specify test requirements at each port considered.
