本标准适用于GB 9254-1998《信息技术设备的无线电骚扰限值和测量方法》中定义的信息技术设备(ITE)。本标准规定了ITE在0Hz~400GHz频率范围内的限值和测量方法。


Scope

This standard applies to information technology equipment (ITE) defined in GB 9254-1998 "Radio Disturbance Limits and Measurement Methods of Information Technology Equipment". This standard specifies the limits and measurement methods for ITE in the frequency range of 0 Hz to 400 GHz. The purpose of this standard is to put forward suitable requirements for the internal immunity of ITE in order to make the equipment work normally in its intended environment. Mitigation measures may be required for special environmental conditions. Due to the consideration of testing and performance evaluation, some tests are carried out in the specified frequency band or frequency selection. Equipment that meets the immunity requirements at these frequency points is considered to also meet the requirements in the entire frequency range from 0Hz to 400GHz. The purpose of this standard is to specify requirements for immunity testing of equipment to continuous and transient, conducted and radiated disturbances, including electrostatic discharge (ESD). Test requirements are specified at each port considered. NOTE 1 Safety requirements are not included in this standard. 2 Safety special circumstances When the disturbance level exceeds the level specified in this standard, for example: when using a hand-held transmitter near the equipment, in this case, special mitigation measures should be adopted.
