《GB/T 17645.1-2001工业自动化系统与集成 零件库 第1部分:综述与基本原理》由TC159（全国自动化系统与集成标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
GB/T 17645提供了零件库信息的表达、以及使用零件库数据能够交换、使用和更新的必要机制和定义。这种交换可在与使用库零件的整个生命周期（包括产品的设计、制造、使用、维护和报废）相关的不同计算机系统和环境之间进行。该标准提供零件库系统的通用结构，而不是定义完整的、详细的、可实施的零件库系统。本标准给出了GB/T 17645标准的概述及其结构。详细内容见GB/T 17645系列标准的其他标准。

Scope

This standard provides the expression of parts library information, as well as the necessary mechanisms and definitions to enable the exchange, use and update of parts library data. This exchange can take place between different computer systems and environments related to the entire life cycle of using library parts, including the design, manufacture, use, maintenance and retirement of products. This standard provides a general structure of a parts library system, rather than defining a complete, detailed, and implementable parts library system.
