《GB/T 17680.6-2003核电厂应急计划与准备准则场内应急响应职能与组织机构》由TC58（全国核能标准化技术委员会）归口，TC58SC2（全国核能标准化技术委员会辐射防护分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本部分规定了核电厂场内应急职能和应急组织应满足的准则，是核电厂应急计划与准备准则系列国家标准之一。本部分符合我国现行核应急法规的要求，适用于核电厂营运单位应急计划的制定和应急准备。

Scope

This part of GB/T 17680 specifies the criteria to be met by the on-site emergency functions and emergency organizations of nuclear power plants. This section applies to the formulation of emergency plans and emergency preparedness for nuclear power plant operating organizations.
