本标准规定了法兰连接尺寸按GB/T 569、GB/T 2501、JIS B 2220的船用法兰非金属垫片的分类和标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于燃油、滑油、海水、饮用水、空气、惰性气体和温度不高于250℃的热油及温度不高于260℃的蒸汽用船舶管路系统及其附件法兰连接垫片的设计、制造和验收。 本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ２５０２—１９８９《船用法兰软垫圈（四进位）》、ＧＢ／Ｔ１７７２７—１９９９《船用法兰非石棉材料垫片》。
本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ２５０２—１９８９、ＧＢ／Ｔ１７７２７—１９９９相比，主要有下列变化：
———标准名称改为《船用法兰非金属垫片》；
———本标准中Ａ 型垫片的法兰连接尺寸和密封面符合ＧＢ／Ｔ５６９，ＡＳ型垫片的法兰连接尺寸和密封面符合ＧＢ／Ｔ２５０１，ＡＪ型垫片的法兰连接尺寸和密封面符合ＪＩＳＢ２２２０；
———公称压力由原来的０．６ ＭＰａ～４．０ ＭＰａ改为０．２ ＭＰａ～６．４ ＭＰａ；
———ＡＳ型的公称通径由原来的１０ｍｍ～１０００ｍｍ 扩大到１０ｍｍ～２０００ｍｍ；
———增加了法兰连接尺寸符合ＪＩＳＢ２２２０的垫片尺寸；
———增加了符合输送饮用水介质的卫生要求。

Scope
