《GB/T 17948.1-2000旋转电机绝缘结构功能性评定 散绕绕组试验规程 热评定与分级》由TC26（全国旋转电机标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准规定了交流或直流旋转电机应用的或准备应用的散绕绕组绝缘结构热评定与分级的试验规程。试验规程为了对比性，对待定绝缘结构与已为实际运行经验所证实的基准绝缘结构进行性能比较。
Scope
This standard specifies the test procedures for the thermal evaluation and classification of random-wound winding insulation structures used or intended for use in AC or DC rotating electrical machines. For comparison, the performance of the undetermined insulation structure is compared with the reference insulation structure confirmed by actual operating experience. This standard should be used together with Part 1: General.
