《GB/T 17992-2008集装箱正面吊运起重机安全规程》由TC530（全国港口标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为交通运输部。
本标准代替ＧＢ１７９９２―１９９９《集装箱正面吊运起重机安全规程》。本标准规定了集装箱正面吊运起重机设计、制造、安装、使用与保养、检验与维修等方面的安全技术要求。本标准适用于起重量不小于24000kg的正面吊运机，起重量小于24000kg的正面吊运机亦可参照使用。本标准与ＧＢ１７９９２―１９９９相比主要技术差异如下：
―――取消了附录Ａ，并在规范性引用文件中去掉了ＧＢ／Ｔ６９９等相关标准；
―――取消了已废除的标准，如ＪＴ／Ｔ２３２―１９９５、ＪＴ５０２０―１９８６等；
―――取消了４．３、４．１１、５．４、５．６、７等章条；
―――对制动器、司机室、臂架、液压系统、电气系统、安全保护装置等内容进行了修改与完善（见４．１、４．４、４．６、４．９、４．１０、４．１１）。

Scope

This standard specifies the safety technical requirements for the design, manufacture, installation, use and maintenance, inspection and repair of container reach stacker cranes (hereinafter referred to as reach stackers). This standard applies to reach stackers with a lifting capacity of not less than 24,000kg, and can also be used as a reference for reach stackers with a lifting capacity of less than 24,000kg.
