《GB/T 18014-2008电雷管引爆用聚氯乙烯绝缘电线》由TC213(全国电线电缆标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准代替GB18014―1999《电雷管引爆用聚氯乙烯绝缘电线》。本标准规定了工程爆破电雷管引爆用聚氯乙烯绝缘电线的产品分类、代号、型号、技术要求、试验方法和检验规则、包装、标志及贮存。本标准适用于电雷管引爆用铜芯和镀锌钢芯聚氯乙烯绝缘电线。 本标准与GB18014―1999相比主要变化如下:
―――取消GB18014―1999中6.1.1、6.1.2、6.1.3条,将其内容并入本标准的第3 章;
―――修改成品引爆线的耐压试验文字描述(前版4.4.3,本版5.4.3);
―――将GB/T18014―1999中6.3、6.4、6.5条归入本标准的6.4条;
―――增加了成圈线内径的误差要求(本版8);
―――“质量”改为“质量(重量)”(前版7.1,本版8);
―――明确附录A 为规范性附录(前版附录A,本版附录A);
―――增加了“外观”要求(本版表A.2);
―――增加了读数及测量值的相关内容(本版A.2.1)。
1 Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, code, model, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, packaging, marking and storage of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) insulated wires used for the ignition of engineering blasting electric detonators(hereinafter referred to as detonating wires).
This standard is applicable to PVC insulated wires with copper core and galvanized steel core for electric detonator detonation.

3 Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following definitions apply.
3.1
routine test
test performed by the manufacturer on the factory length of all finished detonating wire to verify the integrity of the detonating wire
3.2
sample test
test performed by the manufacturer on the finished detonating wire sample or on the sample taken from the finished detonating wire at the specified frequency to verify that the finished detonating wire meets the specified requirements
