《GB/T 2952.1-2008电缆外护层 第1部分:总则》由TC213(全国电线电缆标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
GB/T 2952《电缆外护层》由三部分组成,本部分为GB/T 2952的第1部分。
本部分代替GB/T 2952.1-1989《电缆外护层 第1部分:总则》。
本部分与GB/T 2952.1-1989相比,主要变化如下:
―――取消了材料要求中的涂漆钢带、镀塑钢带要求;
―――取消了材料要求中的涂塑钢丝要求;
―――取消了工艺要求;
―――取消了内衬层性能要求;
―――取消了金属套电缆绕包型内衬层绝缘电阻系数试验;
―――取消了盐浴槽试验;
―――取消了检验规则;
―――取消了涂漆钢带;
―――取消了钢塑复合带的主要技术要求;
―――取消了铠装钢带用涂塑钢丝主要技术要求;
―――取消了以聚氯乙烯带材为主的内衬层的绝缘电阻温度系数;
―――增加了加强层“5 非金属纤维材料”;铠装层“7 非磁性金属丝、8 铜或铜合金丝编织、9 钢丝编织”;外护套“4 弹性体5 交联聚烯烃”;
―――铠装层“6 双铝带或铝合金带”改为“6 (双)非磁性金属带”;外护套“3 聚乙烯外套”改为“聚乙烯或聚烯烃”;
―――聚氯乙烯套材料应符合“GB 8815”要求改为符合“GB/T 2706.1中ST1、ST2”要求,聚乙烯套材料应符合“SG 243”要求改为符合“GB/T 2706.1中ST3、ST7”要求,并增加弹性体外护套材料应符合“GB/T 2706.1中SE1”要求;
―――主绝缘耐收标称雷电冲击电压峰值“380kV”改为“325kV”,冲击电压峰值“20.0kV”改为“30.0kV”。
Protective coverings for electric cables — Part 1: General
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 2952 specifies the type, model designation, structure, dimension, technical requirements and test method of the protective coverings for electric cables (hereinafter referred to as "protective coverings").
This part is applicable to fixed formation power cables (including oil-filled cables), and communication, signal, control cables, etc. as well as optical cables.
The protective coverings which are not specified in this part and have other special requirement shall be specified separately in the corresponding product standards.

For dated references, subsequent amendments (excluding corrections), or revisions, of any of these publications do not apply to this part.
