本标准代替GB/T 18043-2000《贵金属首饰含量的无损检验方法 X 射线荧光光谱法》。
本标准规定了应用X 射线荧光光谱测定首饰中贵金属含量的方法及要求。
本标准仅适用于首饰及其他工艺品中贵金属(金、银、铂、钯)等含量的测定。本标准适用于委托检验时需征得委托方及被委托方同意,适用于不包括生产质量控制的生产企业内部管理。监督检验慎重使用。
本标准与GB/T 18043-2000的主要区别如下:
―――标准名称中去掉“无损”二字;
―――根据国家标准制修订情况,替换了相关引用标准;
―――对仪器设备提出具体的技术要求;
―――计算结果采用千分数表示,与GB 11887的表示方法一致。


Scope

This standard specifies the method and requirements for the application of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy to determine the content of precious metals in jewelry. This standard is only applicable to the determination of the content of precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, palladium) in jewelry and other handicrafts. This standard applies to entrusted inspections that require the consent of the entrusting party and the entrusted party, and applies to the internal management of production enterprises that do not include production quality control. Supervision and inspection should be used with caution.
