《GB/T 18110-2000小水电站机电设备导则》由332（水利部）归口，主管部门为水利部。
本标准规定了电站装置和运行条件、小水电站机电设备技术条件及检查、发货、运行和维护的要求。本标准适用于机组功率为10MW及以下，并且水轮机转轮直径为1m及以下的冲击式和混流式，以及转轮直径为3.3m及以下的轴流式和贯流式水轮发电机组。

Scope

This standard specifies the installation and operating conditions of power stations, the technical conditions and requirements for inspection, delivery, operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment in small hydropower stations. This standard is applicable to impact type and mixed flow turbine generator sets with unit power below 10MW and runner diameters of 1m and below, as well as axial flow and tubular turbine generator sets with runner diameters of 3.3m and below. This standard concerns only the direct relationship between the purchaser and the supplier, and does not involve civil engineering, administrative affairs or commerce. This standard is entirely based on actual data, and its purpose is to provide the required information to the purchaser to help the purchaser do the following work: ——Preparation for bidding; ——Evaluation of tender documents; ——Cooperating with equipment during design and manufacture - Supplier consultation; - Quality control in the manufacturing process and in-plant laboratory; - On-site installation supervision; - Trial operation; - Acceptance test; - Operation and maintenance. This standard includes: a) General requirements for electromechanical equipment of small hydropower stations; b) Technical requirements for electromechanical equipment (excluding dimensions and standardization); c) Requirements for acceptance, operation and maintenance. The documentation should be as simple as possible considering the type of equipment, but the special operating conditions must be adequately defined. Excessive technical requirements are not good for the economy of the project. This standard does not involve the stage of preliminary scientific research and feasibility study, nor does it involve economic research related to energy. This standard cannot replace the necessary engineering research on equipment type selection, design, manufacture, installation and testing. Its purpose is to let the purchaser know the key points and information that should be provided, explained and considered in the construction of small hydropower stations.
