Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of handheld personal information processing equipment. This standard applies to various types of handheld personal information processing devices, as well as other handheld electronic products that can independently process information (hereinafter referred to as products).
