本标准规定了螺纹规格为M12～M36、螺纹长度按GB/T 3106、性能等级为8.8和10.9级、产品等级C级的栓接结构用大六角头螺栓。

Scope

This standard specifies large hexagon head bolts for bolted structures with thread specifications M12~M36, thread length according to GB/T 3016, performance grades 8.8 and 10.9, and product grade C. If other technical requirements are required, they should be selected from current standards (such as GB/T 196, GB/T 197, GB/T 3098.1 and GB/T 3106). The bolts specified in this standard are matched with appropriate nuts (such as GB/T 18230.3 or GB/T 18230.4), which can make the connection pair have a high level of prevention of thread stripping caused by overtightening. 8.8sU and 10.9sU bolts can be adopted by agreement between the supplier and the purchaser. The bolts must be matched with 6H hot-dip galvanized nuts, and the connection pair may cause thread stripping due to overtightening.
