《GB/T 18269-2008交流1kV、直流1.5kV及以下电压等级带电作业用绝缘手工工具》由TC36（全国带电作业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电力企业联合会。
本标准规定了交流1kV、直流1.5kV及以下电压等级带电作业用绝缘手工工具的定义、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输与贮存等。本标准适用于交流1kV、直流1.5kV及以下电压等级进行带电作业所使用的绝缘手工工具和包覆绝缘手工工具。本标准代替GB 18269-2000《交流1kv、直流1.5kv及以下电压带电作业用绝缘手工工具》。
本标准与GB 18269-2000相比，主要修改内容如下：
―――标准名称修改为《交流1kv、直流1.5kv及以下电压等级带电作业用绝缘手工工具》；
―――在“技术要求”部分增加了扭矩调节螺丝、操作方向开关等绝缘层的要求；
―――在“试验”部分，对5.5、5.10进行了修改。

Scope

This standard specifies the definition, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of insulated hand tools for live working with voltage levels of AC 1kV, DC 1.5kV and below. This standard applies to insulated hand tools and coated insulated hand tools used for live work at AC 1kV, DC 1.5kV and below voltage levels. This standard does not include: - Tools and devices with external power supply; - Insulating poles used for indirect work.
