《GB/T 18273-2000石油和液体石油产品 立式罐内油量的直接静态测量法 （HTG质量测量法）》由TC280（全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会）归口，TC280SC2（全国石油产品和润滑剂标准化技术委员会石油静态和轻烃计量分会）执行，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准给出了直接测量立式圆筒形罐内静态油品质量的静压式油罐测量（HTG）系统的安装、调试、维护、确认和校准指南。本标准适用于压力传感器一端通向大气的静压式油罐测量系统。本标准适用于在常压立式圆筒形固定顶或浮顶罐上使用的静压式油罐测量系统。本标准不适用于在加压罐上使用的静压式油罐测量系统。

Scope

This standard gives guidelines for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, validation and calibration of hydrostatic tank gauge (HTG) systems for direct measurement of static oil quality in vertical cylindrical tanks. This standard is applicable to the hydrostatic tank measurement system where one end of the pressure sensor is open to the atmosphere. This standard applies to hydrostatic tank gauging systems used on atmospheric vertical cylindrical fixed roof or floating roof tanks. This standard does not apply to hydrostatic tank gauging systems used on pressurized tanks.
