《GB/T 18391.2-2009信息技术 元数据注册系统（MDR） 第2部分：分类》由TC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
GB/T 18391的本部分重申并详细阐述了GB/T 18391.3―2009所给出的在MDR中对分类方案进行注册以及对管理项进行分类的程序和技术。所有类型的管理项，包括对象类、特性、表示、值域、数据元概念以及数据元自身，都可以被分类。

Scope

This part of GB/T 18391 restates and elaborates the procedures and techniques for registering classification schemes and classifying management items in MDR given in GB/T 18391.3-2009. All types of managed items, including object classes, properties, representations, value fields, data element concepts, and data elements themselves, can be classified. This part of ISO 10000 defines a series of principles, methods and procedures for standardizing the information to be recorded when linking various types of managed items with one or more classification schemes.
