本部分适用于无公害水果产地的选择和建设。

Scope

Harm-free fruit production areas should be selected in ecological environments that are good and not affected by pollution sources or where pollutants are within permissible limits. As China’s urbanization process accelerates, industrial “three wastes,” town solid waste, and pesticides and fertilizers used in agriculture have increasingly polluted agricultural environments and agricultural products. Additionally, water pollution, soil acidification, air pollution, and the widespread use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides affect the quality and taste of fruits, leading to frequent cases of pesticide residue exceeding standards. To ensure food safety, maintain product quality, protect human health, promote harm-free fruit production, and advance sustainable agricultural and rural economic development, GB/T 18407 was formulated.

GB/T 18407-2001 "Quality and Safety Standards for Agricultural Products" includes the following four parts:
