《GB/T 18424-2001橡胶和塑料软管 氙弧灯曝晒 颜色和外观变化的测定》由TC35（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会）归口，TC35SC1（全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会软管分会）执行，主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
本标准规定了将橡胶和塑料软管暴露于实验室光源下，以评价其在这种暴露条件下产生的颜色和外观变化的方法。
Scope
This standard specifies the method for exposing rubber and plastic hoses to laboratory light sources to evaluate the color and appearance changes under such exposure conditions. NOTE: Xenon arc light was chosen over a variety of light sources because it produces a spectrum more similar to daylight when properly filtered and processed.
