《GB/T 18440-2001港口起重机技术性能和验收文件》由348（交通运输部）归口，主管部门为交通运输部。
本标准规定了港口起重机生产厂商交货时应提交的技术文件的内容与格式。本标准适用于岸边集装箱起重机、桥式抓斗卸船机、轮胎式集装箱门式起重机、港口门座起重机。其他港口起重机也可参照执行。

Scope

This standard specifies the content and format of technical documents that port crane manufacturers should submit when delivering goods. This standard applies to shoreside container cranes, bridge-type grab ship unloaders, tire-type container gantry cranes, and port gantry cranes. Other port cranes can also be implemented as a reference.
