《GB/T 18579-2001高碳铬轴承钢丝》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC3(全国钢标准化技术委员会盘条及钢丝分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
本标准规定了高碳铬轴承钢丝尺寸、外形、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装标志及质量证明书等。本标准适用于制造轴承滚动体用高碳铬轴承钢圆钢丝。


1 Scope

This standard specifies the sizes, shapes, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate and the like of high-carbon chromium bearing steel wires.
This standard is applicable to the round high-carbon chromium bearing steel wires used for manufacturing the rolling elements of bearings.
