《GB/T 18646-2002动物布鲁氏菌病诊断技术》由TC181（全国动物卫生标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为农业农村部。
本标准规定了动物布鲁氏菌病的诊断技术。本标准规定的虎红平板凝集试验、乳牛全乳环状试验适用于家畜布病田间筛选试验和乳牛场布病的监测及诊断泌乳母牛布病的初筛试验；试管凝集试验和补体结合试验适用于诊断羊种、牛种、和猪种布病感染的家畜。本标准规定的试管凝集试验不适用于犬种和绵羊副睾种布病感染家畜的检疫。

Scope

This standard specifies the diagnostic techniques for animal brucellosis. The tiger red plate agglutination test and dairy cow whole milk ring test specified in this standard are suitable for field screening tests of livestock brucellosis, monitoring of dairy farm brucellosis and primary screening tests for diagnosis of lactating cow brucellosis; test tube agglutination test and complement fixation test It is suitable for diagnosing brucellosis-infected livestock of sheep, cattle, and swine. The test tube agglutination test specified in this standard is not applicable to the quarantine of domestic animals infected with dog breeds and sheep epididymal brucellosis.
