《GB/T 18654.8-2008养殖鱼类种质检验 第8部分: 耗氧率与临界窒息点的测定》由TC156（全国水产标准化技术委员会）归口，TC156SC1（全国水产标准化技术委员会淡水养殖分会）执行，主管部门为农业农村部。
ＧＢ／Ｔ１８６５４的本部分规定了养殖鱼类耗氧率与临界窒息点的定义、测定装置、环境条件和测定步骤，以及测定结果的计算方法。本部分适用于养殖鱼类耗氧率与临界窒息点的测定。其他水生动物耗氧率与临界窒息点的测定可参照执行。本部分代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１８６５４．８―２００２《养殖鱼类种质检验　第８部分：耗氧率与临界窒息点的测定》。本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ１８６５４．８―２００２相比主要变化如下：
―――３．１与３．２的定义中增加了“在一定温度条件下”的重要限制条件；
―――在６．２．１中规定了试验鱼的尾数；
―――在６．２．２中规定了试验鱼与水的重量比率；
―――在６．２．６与６．３．４中，把原来规定的二次测定改为三次测定。

Scope

This part of GB/T 18654 specifies the definition of oxygen consumption rate and critical suffocation point of farmed fish, measuring device, environmental conditions and measuring steps, as well as the calculation method of measuring results. This section applies to the determination of oxygen consumption rate and critical suffocation point of farmed fish. The determination of oxygen consumption rate and critical suffocation point of other aquatic animals can be carried out by reference.
