《GB/T 18662-2002工业微波加热设备输出功率的测定方法》由TC121(全国工业电热设备标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
本标准适用于工业微波加热设备。该设备用于含水或含潮气的材料的热加工工艺,如在自然气氛和保护气体(例如惰性气体或真空)中,对诸如木材、织品、纸张、粮食等部分导电或非导电材料进行加热和干燥等。对其他材料(如塑料),其试验方法正在考虑中。本标准涉及频率为300MHz~6GHz的微波功率发生器,包括把微波功率传递给被处理材料的电气和机械装置。在微波频谱较低端(即在300MHz到大约600MHz频率间)运行的装置可使用真空管或其他的微波发射器。若本标准规定的输出功率测定系统不适用于该频率范围内的某些特殊应用,则可采用GB/T14809-2000标准。本标准的主要目的是给出工业微波加热装置输出功率测定试验方法。微波加热应用的种类很多,因此,这些试验所获得的任何输出功率不宜作为某一具体的微波加热设备对特定材料所消耗的功率值,但在某些情况下,该输出功率值可用来表示该设备的性能。例如,在某一固定周期时间内,为了达到材料热焓量变化所需要的功率值将与材料的成分、损耗因数随温度的变化情况以及加热器系统的结构、发生器与加热器内材料的匹配方式和使用一个以上的发生器时各发生器间的耦合量有关。工业微波加热装置分以下两类:A型装置具有单独的或可与加热器分离的微波功率发生器(包括电源和磁控管或速调管)的装置,大多数情况下,该发生器采用高功率磁控管或速调管,通过波导管或同轴电缆把微波功率输给加热器。通常,环行器被安装在微波功率发生器与加热器之间,以保护他们免受反射功率的影响。B型装置具有直接与加热器耦合的微波功率发生器的装置。本标准适用于在额定条件下连续正常运行的装置。


Scope

This standard applies to industrial microwave heating equipment. The equipment is used for thermal processing of materials containing water or moisture, such as heating and heating some conductive or non-conductive materials such as wood, fabric, paper, grain, etc. in a natural atmosphere and protective gas (such as inert gas or vacuum). dry etc. For other materials (such as plastics), the test method is under consideration. This standard involves microwave power generators with a frequency of 300MHz-6GHz, including electrical and mechanical devices for transmitting microwave power to the material to be processed. Devices operating at the lower end of the microwave spectrum (ie between 300MHz and about 600MHz) may use vacuum tubes or other microwave transmitters. If the output power measurement system specified in this standard is not suitable for some special applications in this frequency range, the GB/T 14809-2000 standard can be used.
