Key technological innovations

Systematization of heat income and expenditure items:The energy flow of industrial furnaces is decomposed into 12 income items (chemical heat of fuel, physical heat of combustion air, etc.) and 13 expenditure items (heat loss of flue gas, surface heat dissipation, etc.), and a complete energy audit framework is established.

Improvement of measurement accuracy:It is stipulated that the accuracy of the instrument must reach 0.1%-1.5%, and clear requirements are put forward for the application of new instruments such as radiation pyrometers and exhaust thermocouples.

  1. Determine the inlet/outlet temperature of billet according to clause 5.5.7 (contact + non-contact composite measurement)
  2. Calculate the flue gas heat loss according to 6.2.3, and focus on controlling α≤1.2
  3. Use formula 68 to calculate the thermal efficiency, and the measured value of a certain enterprise has increased from 38% to 52%

  • Equipment selection:Prioritize the use of intelligent flow meters, oxygen bombs and other equipment that meet the requirements of 5.2.2
  • Data management:Establish a thermal balance measurement database and regularly compare the 16 parameters required by clause 7.1
  • Energy efficiency optimization: For the surface heat dissipation item in 6.2.8, it is recommended to use nano-insulation materials to reduce Q'sr
