本标准规定了非金属基体红外辐射加热器的型式规格、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、使用说明书、包装、运输和贮存等内容。
本标准适用于以碳化硅、锆英砂、石英玻璃、微晶玻璃、陶瓷、黑化锆、黑磁、钒钛黑瓷、半导体发热片、碳晶发热板、碳纤维板、聚酯薄膜等非金属材料为辐射基体,以合金电阻丝、碳纤维电阻丝、电阻膜、导电陶瓷等电热材料为发热体的各种低温、中温及高温电热式红外辐射加热器。
加热器作为节能型产品,主要应用于工业、农业、医疗、建筑供暖、交通运输等领域的加热干燥设备上。
本标准代替GB/T4654—1984《碳化硅、锆英砂陶瓷类红外辐射加热器通用技术条件》,与后者相比,主要差异如下:
———适用范围由碳化硅、锆英砂陶瓷类中温红外辐射加热器扩展到以各类非金属材料为辐射基体的各种低温、中温及高温电热式红外辐射加热器,加热器的辐射基体具体包括碳化硅、锆英砂、石英玻璃、微晶玻璃、陶瓷、黑化锆、黑磁、钒钛黑瓷、半导体发热片、碳晶发热板、碳纤维板、聚酯薄膜等非金属材料;
———增加了“规范性引用文件”与“术语和定义”两部分;
———对“升温时间”(原为“热响应时间”)及“辐射面温度不均匀度”等性能参数重新进行了定义;
———加热器的型式结构与典型规格增加了面状结构产品;
———技术要求部分增加了“工作温度下泄漏电流和电气强度”、“耐潮湿”、“电热辐射转换效率”、“接线柱拉力”、“机械强度”与“过载能力”等考核指标;针对带可见发光的复合型高温加热器增加了“有效辐射能量比”的要求;并针对以模制材料为辐射基体的柔性面状加热器增加了“弯折试验”、“剥离强度”、“阻燃性能”及“低温储存”考核指标;
———调整了对产品部分技术指标的要求,包括:工作寿命由2000h 提高到5000h、功率偏差由-5%~+5%调整为-10%~+5%、管状加热器的升温时间由20min下降到15min、灯状加热器的升温时间由12min下降到10min、辐射面温度不均匀度由20%下降到10%等;
———试验方法统一执行GB/T7287—2008《红外辐射加热器试验方法》。
Scope
This standard specifies the type specifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage of non-metallic matrix infrared radiation heaters. This standard applies to various low-temperature, medium-temperature and high-temperature electric infrared radiation heaters (hereinafter referred to as heaters) with non-metallic materials such as silicon carbide, zircon sand, quartz glass, microcrystalline glass, ceramics, black zirconium, black magnet, vanadium titanium black porcelain, semiconductor heating sheet, carbon crystal heating plate, carbon fiber plate, polyester film as the radiation matrix, and electric heating materials such as alloy resistance wire, carbon fiber resistance wire, resistance film, conductive ceramics as the heating element. As an energy-saving product, the heater is mainly used in heating and drying equipment in the fields of industry, agriculture, medical treatment, building heating, transportation, etc.
