《GB/T 18681-2002热喷涂 低压等离子喷涂 镍-钴-铬-铝-钇-钽合金涂层》由TC57(全国金属与非金属覆盖层标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了低压等离子喷涂镍-钴-铬-铝-钇-钽(NiCoCrAlYTa)合金涂层的技术要求及其实验方法。
本标准适用于航空发动机高温零部件抗高温氧化和热腐蚀低压等离子喷涂的NiCoCrAlYTa涂层。
本标准也适用于MCrAlY(M代表Ni、Co、NiCo等)类低压等离子喷涂涂层。


Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for low-pressure plasma spraying nickel-cobalt-chromium-aluminum-yttrium-tantalum (NiCoCrAlYTa) alloy coatings. This standard applies to low-pressure plasma sprayed NiCoCrAlYTa coatings for high-temperature oxidation and thermal corrosion resistance of aero-engine high-temperature parts. This standard also applies to MCrAlY (M stands for Ni, CO, NiCO, etc.) low-pressure plasma spray coatings.
