《GB/T 18765-2008野山参鉴定及分等质量》由469-nq（国家标准委农业食品部）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准代替GB/T 18765-2002《野山参分等质量》。
本标准规定了野山参的术语和定义、技术要求、检验方法、检验规则、标志、标签和包装以及运输和贮存。
本标准适用于野山参的加工、等级分类和技术鉴定。不适用于野生人参。
人参作为药用时应遵循《中华人民共和国药典》（最新版本）。
本标准与GB/T 18765-2002相比主要变化如下：
―――增加了术语和定义的条目；
―――增加了术语的英文注释；
―――增加了理化指标、卫生指标的检验项目；
―――规范标准的格式，增加规范性附录。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, signs, labels and packaging, as well as transportation and storage of wild ginseng. This standard applies to the processing, grade classification and technical appraisal of wild ginseng. Not for wild ginseng. When ginseng is used as medicine, it should follow the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (the latest version).
