本标准规定了食盐批发企业管理质量等级划分原则、技术要求、评定及管理办法。本标准适用于直接从事食盐批发经营业务的企业（单位）。本标准不适用于各盐产区的运销站、转运站和食盐转批发或代批发企业。

Scope

This standard specifies the management quality classification principles, technical requirements, evaluation and management methods of salt wholesale enterprises. This standard applies to enterprises (units) directly engaged in salt wholesale business. This standard does not apply to the distribution and marketing stations, transfer stations and salt wholesalers or wholesalers in salt production areas.
