《GB/T 18857-2008配电线路带电作业技术导则》由TC36（全国带电作业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电力企业联合会。
本标准规定了10kV电压等级配电线路带电作业的作业方式、技术要求、绝缘工器具、绝缘防护用具、绝缘遮蔽用具、操作要领及安全措施等。
本标准适用于10kV电压等级配电线路的带电检修和维护作业。

Scope

This standard specifies the working methods, technical requirements, insulation tools, insulation protection equipment, insulation shielding equipment, operating essentials and safety measures for live work on 10kV voltage distribution lines. This standard applies to live overhaul and maintenance operations of 10kV voltage distribution lines. The live work of 3kV and 6kV lines can refer to this standard. In view of the various types of electrical equipment in various places, the large differences in the arrangement of equipment on poles, and the variety of operating items, this standard only provides principle guidance on operating items and operating methods.
