《GB/T 18857-2002配电线路带电作业技术导则》由TC36（全国带电作业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国电力企业联合会。
本标准规定了10kV电压等级配电线路带电作业的作业方式、绝缘工具、防护用具、操作要领及安全措施等。本标准适用于10kV电压等级配电线路的带电检修和维护作业。3kV、6kV配电线路的带电作业可参照本标准。鉴于各地电气设备型式多样，作业项目种类较多，因此本标准在作业项目及操作方法上只作原则指导。本标准为推荐性标准，附录A、附录B为提示的附录，可供在作业中起参考作用。

Scope

This standard specifies the working methods, insulating tools, protective equipment, operating essentials and safety measures for live working of 10kV voltage distribution lines. This standard applies to live overhaul and maintenance operations of 10kV voltage distribution lines. The live working of 3kV and 6kV distribution lines can refer to this standard. In view of the various types of electrical equipment in various places and the variety of operating items, this standard only serves as a principled guide on operating items and operating methods. This standard is a recommended standard, and appendices A and B are reminder appendices, which can be used as a reference in operations.
