《GB/T 18980-2003乳和乳粉中黄曲霉毒素M1的测定 免疫亲和层析净化高效液相色谱法和荧光光度法》由TC64(全国食品工业标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了用免疫亲和层析净化高效液相色谱法和荧光光度法测定乳和乳粉中的黄曲霉毒素M1,含量。本标准适用于乳、乳粉、以及低脂乳、脱脂乳、低脂乳粉和脱脂乳粉中黄油霉毒素M1,含量的测定,也适用于乳和乳粉中黄曲霉毒素M1的快速测定。


Scope

This standard is applicable to the determination of aflatoxin M1 content in milk, milk powder, and low-fat milk, skim milk, low-fat milk powder and skim milk powder. The lowest detection limit in milk powder is 0.08 μg/kg, and the lowest detection limit in milk is 0.008 μg/L.
