GB/T 19067的本部分规定了用于测量仪器校验软件的F1型和F2型软件测量标准的术语定义。本部分还规定了F1型软件测量标准的文件格式。本部分适用于基于GB/T 6062―2002定义的轮廓法表面结构测量仪器的计量特性校准的测量标准。
Scope
This part of GB/T 19067 specifies the term definitions of F1 and F2 software measurement standards for calibration software of measuring instruments. This part also specifies the file format of the F1 type software measurement standard. This part applies to the measurement standards for the calibration of metrological characteristics of surface structure measuring instruments based on the profilometry method defined in GB/T 6062-2002. Appendix A gives examples of file formats.
