Scope

GB/T 19114 specifies the characteristics of the expression of manufacturing management information throughout the industrial process. It provides the necessary mechanisms and definitions to enable manufacturing management data to be shared and exchanged within a factory or with other factories or companies. GB/T l9ll4 applies to discrete manufacturing, but is not limited thereto. It can also be applied to any other industrial process that does not contradict the basic principles of GB/T 19ll4. This standard applies to: - the expression of information needed to manage production and resources; - the exchange and sharing of production and resource information; including storage, transmission, access and archiving. This standard does not apply to: - the architecture and methodology required for modeling the entire enterprise and related facilities; - the expression and exchange of product information; - the expression and exchange of computer-readable parts library information; - cutting Expression of tool data exchange; - technical maintenance information. 1.2 The scope of GB/T 19114.1 GB/T 19114.1 gives the overview and main application principles of GB/T 19114. It stipulates the characteristics of different series of GB/T 19114 and the relationship between each series. The scope of GB/T 19114.1 is as follows: - an overview of the standard and the main principles of application; - the structure of the standard and the relationship between the three series of parts that make up GB/T 19114; - the terms used in GB/T 19114 Definition. This part includes explanations for the following items listed in Appendix B: ——The degree of consistency between GB/T 19114 and GB/T 16656, GB/T 17645 and other relevant standard items; ——The tasks of manufacturing system data exchange and How to use and how GB/T 19114 combined with other standards can better promote the integration of production applications.
