Innovation in controlled-release preparation testing:For new dosage forms such as long-acting storage bags, the standard clearly states for the first time:
- Matrix release preparations must be double-sealed with aluminum foil
- Aerosols must use explosion-proof equipment
- Direct testing of the original packaging of the product is allowed
Implementation recommendations
Gradient temperature selection principle:When the preparation is used in temperate areas (annual average temperature <20℃), it is recommended to give priority to the 40℃/8-week scheme, which can more accurately simulate the actual storage attenuation.
Special preparation processing: For heat-generating preparations such as electric mosquito coils, the effective ingredient determination must be carried out immediately after cooling to avoid secondary volatilization.
