本标准规定了测量和计算天然气、天然气代用品及气态的类似流体时，使用的压力、温度和湿度的
标准参比条件。
标准参比条件主要用于计量交接，将用于描述天然气的气质和数量的各种物理性质统一到一个共
同的基准。

This Standard specifies the standard reference conditions of temperature, pressure and humidity to be used for measurements and calculations carried out on natural gases, natural-gas substitutes and similar fluids.
The primary application is expected to be in international custody transfer, where the reduction to a common basis of those physical attributes of a gas which describe both its quality and quantity will simplify the practice of world trade and commerce.
