《GB/T 19205-2003天然气标准参比条件》由TC244（全国天然气标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了测量和计算天然气、天然气代用品及气态的类似流体的压力和温度标准参比条件。标准参比条件主要用于计量交接，将用于描述天然气的气质和数量的各种物理性质统一到一个共同的基准。

Scope

This standard specifies the standard reference conditions for measuring and calculating the pressure and temperature of natural gas, natural gas substitutes and similar gaseous fluids. Standard Reference Conditions are primarily used for custody transfer to unify the various physical properties used to describe the temperament and quantity of natural gas to a common baseline.
