《GB/T 19233-2003轻型汽车燃料消耗量试验方法》由TC114（全国汽车标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为工业和信息化部。
本标准规定了汽车在模拟城市和市郊工况下，通过测定二氧化碳、一氧化碳和碳氢化合物，用碳平衡法计算燃料消耗量的试验方法和计算方法，用于以点燃式发动机或压燃式发动机力动力，最大设计车速大于或等于50km/h的M1类车辆，也可用于最大设计总质量不超过3.5t的M2类和N类车辆。

Scope
