1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for order contents, sizes, materials, manufacturing, inspection, test, marking and the like of forged branch outlet fittings of socket-welding, threaded and buttwelding types.
This standard is applicable to forged branch outlet fittings of socket-welding, threaded and buttwelding types that are used in industrial piping system and are made of metallic materials.
