《GB/T 19460-2008地理标志产品 黄山毛峰茶》由TC554(全国知识管理标准化技术委员会)归口,TC554SC1(全国知识管理标准化技术委员会地理标志分会)执行,主管部门为国家知识产权局。
本标准代替GB19460―2004《原产地域产品 黄山毛峰茶》。本标准规定了黄山毛峰茶的地理标志产品保护范围、术语和定义、分级与实物标准样、要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、标签、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于国家质量监督检验检疫行政主管部门根据《地理标志产品保护规定》批准保护的黄山毛峰茶。 本标准与GB19460―2004相比主要变化如下:
―――将标准属性由强制性修改为推荐性;
―――根据国家质量监督检验检疫总局颁布的《地理标志产品保护规定》,修改相关名称;
―――删除“茶树种植”和“茶园管理”要求,增加“种植技术”要求;
―――删除理化指标要求中的“粗纤维”项目;
―――删除“卫生指标”要求,增加污染物限量指标和农药最大残留限量指标要求;
―――将“净含量负偏差”修改为“净含量允许短缺量”;
―――按地理标志产品专用标志管理办法的规定,修改了在其产品上使用专用标志的表述。


Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Huangshan Maofeng tea, the scope of protection of geographical indication products, grading and physical standard samples, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard is applicable to Huangshan Maofeng tea approved and protected by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
