本标准规定了蔬菜加工企业HACCP体系审核指南的定义与术语、审核内容、审核程序、结果判定及跟踪审核。本标准适用于速冻蔬菜(frozenvegetable)、热风干燥蔬菜(airdryvegetable)、低温真空冷冻干燥蔬菜(frozendryvegetable)出口加工企业的HACCP体系的审核。内贸企业可参照执行。
Scope
This standard specifies the definition and terminology, audit content, audit procedures, result judgment and follow-up audit of the HACCP system audit guidelines for vegetable processing enterprises. This standard is applicable to the review of the HACCP system of export processing enterprises of frozen vegetables, air dry vegetables and frozen dry vegetables. Domestic trade enterprises can refer to the implementation.
