《GB/T 19545.1-2004单臂操作助行器技术要求和试验方法 第1部分:肘拐杖》由TC148（全国残疾人康复和专用设备标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为民政部。
GB/T19545的本部分规定了肘拐杖的技术要求和试验方法及对手柄和支脚垫的装配要求。规定了肘拐杖的疲劳、分离、静载和低温等温度方法。本部分也给出了安全、人体参数、性能、标志和标签等有关的技术要求。试验是以使用肘拐杖时实际摆动步态为基础的。本部分适用于单臂操作的助行器具――肘拐杖。
Scope
This part of GB/T 19545 specifies the technical requirements and test methods for elbow crutches, assembly requirements for handles and foot pads, and test methods for fatigue, separation, static load and low temperature of elbow crutches. This part also gives technical requirements related to safety, human body parameters, performance, signs and labels. The test is based on an actual swing gait while using an elbow crutch. This section applies to walking aids operated by one arm - elbow crutches.
